Goodness Gravel’s Flow State Midcoast — a winter gravel adventure based out of Bulahdelah, about 97km from Newcastle. The event offers 45km, 80km and 120km route options, so whether you’re chasing a big day out or just keen for a fun roll with good people, there’s a ride distance to suit!

Expect beautiful Midcoast gravel, quiet country roads, catered rest stops, GPX files, marked courses, event photography, mechanical support, first aid, a finish-line refreshment, live music and plenty of good vibes. The official vibe is very much race pace or party pace so push yourself as much or as little as you like, but come prepared for a proper gravel day out.

We’ll be riding as a Stay Gold Cycles team fun ride on the 80KM route. We do not plan on taking things too seriously, leave that for the grav lords battling it out in the 120. So if you want just a bunch of good people, nice bikes, gravel roads and a great excuse for a weekend away. Register through the Goodness Gravel event page, then let us know you’re coming so we can coordinate the Stay Gold crew.

Note: the official registration page currently lists Final Call entry dates as 19 June – 16 July 2026, or until sold out, but the ticket products were displaying as out of stock when checked, so riders should confirm availability directly through the organiser.
